Our Visitor Management solution provides both an admin portal for your internal staff and a welcoming kiosk for your company guests. The solution can be deployed on either public/private cloud server or on-premises server. As a visitor, you receive invitation email once your host has made you a visit appointment to his/her company. The email contains QR Code and visit details. On the visit date, you just need to present the QR Code to check-in on the kiosk tablet. After digitally signing house rules or NDA, you can scan your business card for your host’s reference. At the end of the check-in process, the kiosk printer will print out a label for you to stick on during your visit.
